SSF4AE Sakura - P4 Chie costume MOD complete ver.

By the work of a great backport, so I got a new material,
I decided to renew my favorite Chie's costumes MOD.
Sakura's MOD works with 1st costume in SSF4AE.

After shifting to steam, it seems there was a change in the file format. 
Error reporting there have been many reports of even my MOD. 
Solution until there is confirmation, once, 
I will stop the upload of all of the MOD.
